to_rdp

`to_rdp` convert a reference package to a format RDP wants.

  usage: to_rdp -c my.refpkg -o prefix

Options
=======

-o  Specify the filename to write to.
--out-dir  Specify the directory to write files to.
--prefix  Specify a string to be prepended to filenames. Required.
-c  Reference package path. Required.
-r  Ranks to include in the annotated fasta file. Can be comma-separated.
